by accessing and using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

DIGITAL PRODUCT
all products available on GRADA - including but not limited to LUTs are digital only and delivered via electronic download. No physical items will be shipped. 

Please note that all GRADA LUTs are a starting point - cutting your color grading time with minor tweaks based on exposure, lighting, etc. It is the user’s responsibility to understand and execute proper camera knowledge to ensure the effectiveness of GRADA LUTs. 

PAYMENT, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
all sales are FINAL due to the digital nature of GRADA’s products, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the no-refund policy.

USAGE + LICENSING
Upon purchase of any GRADA LUTs, each purchase is licensed to a single individual or entity only; unlocking a non-transferable license for personal or commercial use. You MAY NOT resell the products, redistribute or share with third parties, upload the files to any platform or claim ownership of the content. 

PRODUCT DELIVERY
After completing your order, your download link will be emailed to you. Please note you will be responsible for saving and backing up all files you download. Each product includes a maximum of three [3] download attempts. If you exceed this limit, please contact [gradalabs@gmail.com] and we will assist you. Customer accounts will offer access to past purchases.

PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY
Please review product details and compatibility before purchase. Some files are made for specific softwares like DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro. Ensuring compatibility with your softwares, tools, and platforms is your responsibility. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All products remain the intellectual property of GRADA. Your license grants you usage but does not transfer ownership.

PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
GRADA collects your email during checkout for transaction purposes and occasional updates. You may subscribe from marketing at any time. We never sell or share your data. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GRADA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Government of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

CHANGES TO TERMS
GRADA reserves the right to update these TERMS + CONDITIONS at anytime. Continued use of GRADA implies acceptance of any changes.
